By shopping at Web of Pen, you agree to the following terms:
Print Policy
All art prints are produced specifically for each order.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for changes of mind or personal preference.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so a replacement can be arranged. If an item you received is damaged through our fault, is not the item you ordered, or is the wrong size, please email webofpen.shop@gmail.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue.
To initiate a replacement, please email webofpen.shop@gmail.com with your order information. Once we receive your item in the mail, we’ll reorder your item to be made and shipped to you.
RETURNS
To initiate a return on eligible items, please email webofpen.shop@gmail.com with your order information.
We currently accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of your package delivery.
If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t accept a return.
The store credit amount will be your total minus the original shipping costs.
All customers are required to purchase their own label for the return.

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible! Do not send any items back unless we’ve confirmed to do so.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All digital downloads are final sale. Because digital products are instantly accessible, we can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your purchase is complete. Please read each product description carefully before buying to ensure you know exactly what’s included.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, email us at webofpen.shop@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you receive your downloads without a problem.
No refunds can be offered on Hemp Butta products due to the handcrafted nature of the ingredients and a commitment to using high-quality, organic, and natural ingredients sourced from other small businesses.
